Algarve, Portugal. For the love of endless long beaches, fresh air, waves in all shapes and sizes, freshly grilled fish and time to connect with my inner self and my beloved ones. There is no better place to get inspired for upcoming collections.
SS23 for me has a special meaning. It’s the first collection in which we offer 3 collections in one. A soft and original collection of new knitwear, with it’s very first hand-crocheted pieces and a bright and playful color palette. A brand-new line within LN Knits, namely a collection of carefully selected designs of ready-to-wear pieces that pair perfectly with our knitwear. And last but not least, a brand-new and exciting collection of LN Knits swimwear, launching in 2 drops.
We have worked very hard on the preparations of this new ‘era’. From now on, LN Knits will be more than knitwear. We’re offering you a total look, where comfiness, soft and natural materials are produced transparently and with humanity at its core. Because softness shouldn’t just be a texture, or a look, but rather an approach to life.
We shot the new collection in Burgau, the cutest little fishing village in Algarve, Portugal, where all 3 collections beautifully blended into the gorgeous landscape. This summer season, you’ll need your LN Knits for all occasions. Whether it’s chilly days where you want to get cosy in a soft and breathable knit or warm and sunny days where our cotton and linen pieces offer refreshment, or even hotter days when you’ll want nothing on but our swimwear collection. Our collection offers support and quality at any time: from a surf session to when you’re running to keep up with kids.

Crochet Cathy capsule collection
For our summer feature piece, we created three hand-crocheted items for our capsule collection. A jumper, a debardeur and a cardigan.
All pieces are beautifully crocheted by hand. Each square is made individually in an open structure and then stitched together seamlessly, quilt style, to create a playful mix of colors, flow and je ne sais quoi.
Every piece is finished with off-white sturdy, but soft-knitted ribs, delicately setting off each garnment.
Handmade with our customary Summer Vitor Baby alpaca yarn.
Easy Ellen jumper
Our Easy Ellen Jumper is the new kid on the block. A relaxed fit knitted in a wide rib structure with floats between the ribs to keep the fabric soft and light.
This jumper has a straight sleeve and body and a slightly relaxed neckline for ultimate comfort and movement.

Lily Blouse
Our highlight piece of the upcoming new woven collection. The Lily blouse, made from a beautiful broderie Anglaise fabric, Light and breezy, easy-peasy.
The Lily blouse is a gorgeous blouse with gatherings around the neck and blind button closures. It has ¾ length puffy sleeves.
Made from 100% cotton and fully embroidered.
Lucy shirt dress
The Lucy dress is an elegant shirtdress based on the Lucy shirt with a matching belt and beltloops. It’s also a straight fit with pleat and yoke at the back.
Made from 100% natural fabric, woven and dyed in Italy. The mix of cotton and linen makes for a light and breathable fabric.
Lily dress
The Lily dress is a super sweet short dress with volant on shoulder straps. It has gatherings around the waist which is fitted and has a cut on shape bandeau. The Lily dress is fully lined on the inside.
Made from 100% cotton and fully embroidered. Your perfect beach dress.
Lucy shirt & shorts
The Lucy shirt is slightly oversized with a classic collar. It’s a straight fit with a pleat and toke at the back.
Lucy shorts are paperbag shorts with an elastic waistband, making them extra comfortable. These shorts have pockets in front and patch pockets at the back.
Made from 100% natural fabric, woven and dyed in Italy. The mix of cotton and linen makes for a light and breathable fabric.
Ruffle Robin jumper
Our Ruffle Robin is making a comeback this season with its cheeky shoulder ruffles. It’s knitted in a half cardigan stitch with a front and back yoke knitted horizontally, creating a subtle and playful texture blocking.

Since our first collection of comfortable and quality swimwear in Spring/summer ‘22’ was such a success, we decided to take our Swimwear Collection to the next level.

As mentioned in our Open Letter mid-January, we’ve taken the bold step to no longer sell our collection to multi-brand boutiques. We want to get more personal, welcoming you with open arms in our Brasschaat showroom.
