Customers have fourteen (14) calendar days to return an order, calculated from the day following the delivery of the product. The returned package must reach us (LN Knits BVBA, Oude Baan 43, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium) within 7 days.
You can announce your return through our online portal: https://lnknits.shipping-portal.com/rp/. Through this portal you can get a shipping label for your return and we can keep track of the shipment.
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. This means that if the return is announced through the portal, that the shipping cost of €5 will be deducted from the refund.
All apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition with original tags attached.
Extra balls of yarn can be returned within one year after purchase. We only except 1 ball of yarn per color. Please contact us for the complete yarn policy.
1 - Go to your account and register the item you want to return. We will accept it as soon as possible.
2 - Pack your item(s) securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to our office: Oude Baan 43, 2930 Brasschaat, BELGIUM.
3 - After receiving the return and after a quality check we will process the return within 7-14 business days.
4 - You will receive an automated confirmation email once your return has been processed.
