Return

Customers have fourteen (14) calendar days to return an order, calculated from the day following the delivery of the product.

The returned package must be sent to
LN Knits Oude Baan 143, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. This means that if the return is announced through the portal, that the shipping cost of €7,50 will be deducted from the refund.

Clothing

All apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and in new condition with original tags attached.

Yarn

Extra balls of Vitor in our essential colors can be exchanged within one year after purchase. We only except 1 ball of yarn per color. 

Return process

1- You can create your shipping label at https://lnknits.shipping-portal.com/rp/

2- Print your shipping label

3- Pack your item(s) securely in an appropriate envelope or box and stick it on your package.

4- Keep in mind that the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5- After receiving the return and after a quality check we will process the return within 7-14 business days after your return has been received.

6- You will receive an automated confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

7- You will be refunded in the same way you chose to pay at the time of your order.
