The composition of an LN Knits garment differs from product to product and from season to season. Autumn/winter: Most LN Knits products of our autumn/winter collections are made from beautiful baby alpaca yarn, which contains a little bit of polyamide to guarantee the strength and quality of the fabric. Spring/summer: During the hot seasons, the LN Knits garments are made from a combination of soft, breathable materials such as baby alpaca yarn, linen, silk and cotton. All LN Knits knitwear is handmade so you should be very gentle with it. Because we use natural materials, our garments may stretch and fluff a little. Freshen up your knit every once in a while by having it dry-cleaned, fold it instead of hanging it, and carefully remove pills one at a time. You can find everything you need to take care of your knits here, from steamers to detergent.
If your alpaca garment needs a bit of refreshing, let it hang outside for a couple of hours or have it dry-cleaned. You can also take it to our office/showroom in Brasschaat, Belgium (as from autumn 2021) for a free steaming session in our LG Styler. The session itself will only take 40 minutes but please note waiting periods of a few days/weeks may apply. Please book your appointment first via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fold your alpaca clothing rather than hanging it to prevent it from stretching. To store your alpaca knitwear we recommend to use a clean pillow case, a clean paper bag or a cardboard box so that the garment can continue to breathe.

As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation e-mail with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
LN Knits ships globally, to all countries/states of Europe, the United States of America, Asia, Australia and Africa. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on your country. LN Knits is not responsible for postal delays due to strikes or service interruptions. Starting from the day your order is delivered, you have 15 calendar days to request a return by sending an e-mail to email@example.com and fill out the return form. Once your return is requested, your package must reach us within 7 calendar days. Download the return request form for the complete instructions on how to return your LN Knits order.
We ask our customers to announce the request through our return portal that can be found by clicking here. Items need to be returned within 14 calendar days starting from the day your order was delivered, send us your return package and that’s it. Please note that your returned garment(s) should be unworn and unwashed, in new condition and in their original packaging.
Return costs must be paid for by the customer. The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches the LN Knits Office. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund, which is €5 (only BENELUX). LN Knits gift cards are valid for 1 year.
Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or any other payment method. This also applies to partial returns.
