Summer Basic Billy Jumper

Our Basic Billy has been given a summer makeover. Without changing its signature production process – knitting it in one piece to avoid armhole seams – we’ve made it lighter. We’ve added rows of drop stitches or floats which create a subtle ajour horizontal stripe pattern, all the way from one cuff to the other. The rib finishing on the neckline is single layer compared to our winter version, which is double. We’ve also adapted the fit to not be as boxy as the winter version, making it longer and leaner. The perfect Basic Billy for summer, and an après beach fav. It’s basic logic: you need one of these cuddly gems.

Handmade with our customary Summer Vitor Baby alpaca yarn, meaning an additional percentage of silk and linen were added for extra softness. Summer Vitor is non-allergic and can be worn on bare skin.

The Basic Billy jumper fits true to size. We suggest using your regular measurements when ordering. Tina is 172cm, size 36 and wearing size medium. Tamika is 175cm, size 42/44 and wearing size large for a more comfy, oversized look. Please note: the SS23 Basic Billy is a straight fit and longer jumper. This is part of the design.
